It is applied like classic mascara, on dry lashes.

To increase the volume, place the brush on the upper lash line and move it in a sweeping upward stroke, which will ensure that all lashes are coated. Using the same kind of stroke, draw the mascara up to the tips of the lashes for exreme lengthening and perfect separation.
